anyone who wants to strength train but has no idea where to start and wants to meet other cool people new to lifting & make gym friends 😁

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • learn the basic barbell compound lifts [squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press]

  • learn how to use strength training machines & a variety of free weight movements

  • good vibes, hands-on coaching, and a supportive crew of folks new to the gym
