We asked y’all on Instagram what the #1 block to getting into the gym was and the answer was a resounding “don’t know what to do when I get there”
We heard you.
When we first started thinking about making this for you guys, we questioned if we should even meddle in the world of in-app workouts at all. There are platforms out there who’ve been refining their workout apps for years.
I’ll be straight up with you: their in-app experience is much smoother than ours.
The thing that lit a fire under my ass to actually put this out into the world was seeing how leading apps are getting marketed.
“Get lean with pilates” and “become alpha male” got my goat, ngl. It’s 2026.
It’s high time the fitness industry stop banging the binary drum of tiny women and domineering men.
So the programming in our app is the opposite of that. It’s not for people who want to fit their bodies into a box.
This is for anyone who wants to get strong & athletic
and have a damn good time doing it.

Powerbuilding for late beginner to intermediate lifters. Main lifts focus on progressing your strength on compound lifts [squat, bench, deadlift, overhead press]. Accessory work is broad and includes programming to support joint health & cardiovascular fitness.
Workouts include one upper body day, one lower body and one full body day each week.

You absolutely can. You’ll get exposure to a lot of new movements and lift variations. We’ll include modifications for beginners where it’ll be helpful.

Yes - this will be an add-on to your membership if you want to dive into the workouts. I wish I could include it in everyone’s membership for free and maybe one day we will be able to! But for now, your girl gotta keep the lights on for the fam :)

Depends on the equipment at your gym! You don’t have to be a member to sign up, but some workouts might be tricky at a commercial gym.

a bench set up that allows you to bench from safety pins
